Regular exercise is an important part of staying healthy as people age. Unfortunately, whether it’s because they are dealing with physical ailments or just because they’ve fallen out of the habit, many seniors do not exercise regularly.

Humana has made big gains in customer service satisfaction according to a recent survey. The 2017 Temkin Experience Ratings ranked 331 companies in terms of customer experience based on a survey of 10,000 U.S. consumers. Of these 331 companies, 14 were health plan providers. Humana earned a score of 65 percent, a 17 percent increase over the prior year, and took second place among health care providers. You can read more about the survey here.
