Western Asset Protection is thrilled to announce that Paul Rose and Mari Rose Tautimes have taken over the helm as Co-CEOs, effective immediately!
They will be responsible for leading WAP into the future, building on the solid foundation and momentum achieved by the WAP Team under the inspirational leadership of their father, Mel Rose. The Rose Family has been a leader in shaping the landscape of senior insurance products since 1998. The history of Western Asset Protection is unique and interesting, for those not familiar with the back story.
Both Paul and Mari have grown with the business for over 17 years and bring an amazing combination of talents and skills to the table. With their passionate hands-on leadership styles, they have been instrumental in creating the responsive can-do culture that is uniquely WAP. In the healthcare brokerage arena, they set the gold standard, focusing on the broker experience and the success of each agent. They will lead the WAP Team to secure the company’s reputation as the premier brokerage in the Southwest, emphasizing operational and technical innovation, training and sales growth and exceptional customer care.
