Humana has made big gains in customer service satisfaction according to a recent survey. The 2017 Temkin Experience Ratings ranked 331 companies in terms of customer experience based on a survey of 10,000 U.S. consumers. Of these 331 companies, 14 were health plan providers. Humana earned a score of 65 percent, a 17 percent increase over the prior year, and took second place among health care providers. You can read more about the survey here.
